actually, the software is not customized for existing customers yet. But here’s what you should do.
1) go ahead and make purchase of any theme of your choice.
2) create a support ticket, mention this comment & two themes of your choice.
3) we will manually add two bonus themes in your account

You get to choose the additional two themes of the same license. Means, if you select first theme as multiple use license, you will get multiple use license on bonus themes as well.

I started the process of buying three themes for one but wasn’t able to complete the payment side of things. I was sent an email and when I log into it again using the link they sent it doesn’t give me the option of continuing this only adding extra themes. I would have thought it was still on the system somewhere?

1. Either complete the payment. yes, its ok . Simply go ahead and grab a theme. Create a support ticket with request to add two other themes of your choice. We will manually add it.
2. Or, create a new user ID with different email and grab this offer.
The interface bydefault should work but we are working on checking what went wrong.

I want to but WP Store and Productz but I can not see if Productz is a complete Ecommerce solution like WP Store even though it seem to be.
In the Produtz demo there is a paypal logo and a Buy now button but I dont know how the checkout, backend works with stock, payment options etc.
