Sometimes problems can occur with the recurring fee during which you’ll be billed but our system won’t register the payment. When that happens the best way to fix it is to cancel the current subscription and just start a new one.

It’s just a few clicks – here are the steps:

  • Login to member area and click on the Payments History tab
  • Cancel your current subscription by clicking on the Cancel Subscription button among your invoices
  • With that done click on the Add/Renew Subscription tab
  • Inside the “Select Membership Type” dropdown find and select the Renew – Premium Themes Club option
  • Click on “Add To Cart” and checkout like you normally would
