Order/Sales reports

Generating the sales report

  1. To view the report on the orders placed, navigate to WooCommerce ⇒ Reports ⇒ “Orders” tab.
  2. Here you can choose what kind of report you wish to draw:
    1. Sales by Date: you can have the list of orders made by dates. You can choose custom dates and derive the report of any duration you want.
    2. Sales by Product: Lets you know the top products or the contribution of them in sales.
    3. Sales by Category: Helps you check the performance of a specific category and the categories that bring maximum sales.

Product Reports

  1. To generate the stock report, navigate to WooCommerce ⇒ Reports ⇒ “Stock” Tab.
  2. Here, you can choose if you want the report of “Low in  stock” products, “Out of stock” products, “Highly stocked” products.
    1. Low in stock – This options shows all the products whose stock is low as well as those that are out of stock. It even shows those products that are not yet out of stock, but need to be stocked again.
    2. Out of stock – To find out the products that are actually out of stock, use this option. It won’t show the low stock products. It only shows the products that have run out of stock.
    3. Most stocked – Shows the products that are high in stock.

Customer’s report

To view all the customers on your website:

  1. Navigate to WooCommerce ⇒ Reports ⇒ “Customers” Tab ⇒ Customers’ list.
  2. This will show you the list of all the customers on your website.
  3. You can also see the comparative analysis of customers Vs Visitors. This can give you an idea about how well your website converts.
