We are extremely happy to announce that the highly anticipated upgrade has already started taking shape at templatic office. Since the initial release of Geo Places we have received a ton of your suggestions (thank you so much for that) so we have a pretty good idea of what you want to see added to Geo Places. That said, you can post your suggestion in a Geo Places v4 dedicated forum. And while we’re talking about feedback, are you happy using the forum for those actions? Here’s some of the key things that we plan to include in new version of the theme..
- Recurring PayPal payments
- Multi Region, Multi City
- WPML compatible
- Social Media logins
- Security revised completely
- User profiles
- Custom field management – per category :)
- The code will be based on a new framework, making upgrades easier
- Supporting WP Mega menu
- Better events, better listings
- Any and all bug fixes
- Much more..
And this is just some of the big ones among lots and lots of small new updates coming up into this theme (I’ve got a 3 page brief on my table containing bullet points of the new features + improvements to be done on this theme). Personally, I am sure this will be the most advanced theme of it’s kind that is available anywhere (and also better than any similar theme that is to be published elsewhere :)
