Shipping and Tax not working?

Shipping

To troubleshoot shipping-related problems please follow these steps:

  • In Manage shipping select any other option except Free Shipping
  • Open your front-end store profile and enter your country and state. Make sure you already defined shipping fees for that country (in Manage Shipping). You can open the store profile from a link like this -> http://example.com/?ptype=myaccount
  • Go to Add/Edit Product->Key-Product Attributes->Product code weight & Tax settings and uncheck the checkbox given for “Wish to Free shipping for the product?”

Tax

Setting up tax is similar to setting up shipping, follow these steps:

  • Go to WP-admin -> Shopping Cart/Theme options -> Manage Tax. You must have at least one Tax created here.
  • Open your front-end store profile and enter your country and state. Make sure you already defined tax for that country/state (in Manage Tax). You can open the store profile from a link like this -> http://example.com/?ptype=myaccount
  • Go to Add/Edit Product -> Product Attributes -> Product Code & Weight & Tax Settings. You must have checked the box given there for “Is Taxable?”
