Using SEO option you can insert Meta Description, Meta keywords and Meta Author for SEO to your site. Follow these steps to do so,

Go to wp-admin -> Theme options -> Theme options
Expand the section SEO options
Enter the Meta Description, Meta keywords and Meta Author in these fields
