Assuming you just purchased the theme please follow these steps to get help:
1. Connect to our Documentation Center with credentials used to download the theme and open the Theme Guide for the theme you purchased
2. If you don't find an answer inside the theme guide connect to our community forums and search your theme's sub-forum. It's likely that the question has been answered before. You can use the same credentials as before for accessing the forums
3. In case searching comes up short simply submit a new topic inside the forums, a staff member will reply to it within 24 hours (often sooner)
