Primary Sidebar widget area of the Directory theme

The primary sidebar is the default sidebar area that appears to the pages who do not have a sidebar of their own. This sidebar can accommodate all of the sidebar compatible widgets. The widget in the sidebar can be set according the type of pages the sidebar is to be placed on.

Any of the sidebar widget can be placed in this region
