Before you sign up and download or use Templatic themes for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using Templatic themes and/or other products, we assume you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.
These terms of use apply to all Templatic memberships, which includes the theme memberships as well as the extension memberships. Templatic grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use products sold on the Templatic.com website in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
1. Memberships
Templatic products are available through different memberships. Each membership includes specific numbers of licenses for specific products. Each license gives you the right to use the product on one site. Site means WordPress Installation and NOT domain. It is not permitted to use our products on more than the allowed sites. Please make sure that you only use the permitted number, so if you have more sites using our products you must remove them on the other sites.
Licenses are not time-limited so you may continue to use the purchased products even after your membership expires. During valid membership period, you have access to help desk support and updates of your chosen products.
1.1. theme membership
- The Single Use license of a theme can be used on 1 site.
- The Multiple Use license of a theme includes usage of the theme on unlimited sites on unlimited domains.
- The Club membership includes unlimited theme licenses on unlimited sites on unlimited domains.
2. License
2.1. Unauthorized use
Modified or unmodified, it is not permitted to share our products on a disk, website, P2P service or any other medium. Resale is also not permitted. This means you are not allowed to set up our products for demonstration purposes to promote them to our customers. Should you intend to do so, written permission from Templatic.com is required.
2.2. Unlimited licenses
If a membership grants you unlimited licenses of a Templatic product you are allowed to use the product in all your client projects but it does NOT allow redistribution of the product in any form. Using a Templatic product for your client projects is only granted if you primarily sell your service to your client and not the product itself. If you wish to continue the usage of the product for new clients you need to renew your membership after the existing membership has expired.
2.3. Modifications
You are allowed to make any changes and modifications in the themes or products to suit your needs. It is not permitted to change or remove the copyright information in the source code. This includes the all PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS files distributed with our products. Of course, any visual copyrights, for example the copyrights in the theme footer, can be removed.
However, you are not allowed to resale or redistribute these changes and modifications as GPL or other licenses. It is strictly prohibited to port Templatic themes and themes included in our extensions to other platforms and content management systems.
2.4. Assignibility
It is not allowed to sub-license, assign, or transfer your licenses to anyone.
2.5. Demo Content
Re-use of any graphics, icons or photos from the demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The demo content is for demonstration purposes only.
3. Product Delivery
As soon as your payment has been confirmed, Templatic will email your membership information within 24 hours. In case you have not received an email from us, please contact us at support@Templatic.com. We will resend your account information manually. As soon as you receive the email with your account information, you have immediate access to our members area.
Please use a valid email address. If you use PayPal e-check, your order will take several days to process. (Note: Your order can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up from Paypal.)
4. Support
We provide technical support for Templatic products through our Help Desk system in the members area, NOT by email. We also do NOT offer any support for customizations. For customizations, there is a Job Board available only to Templatic customers where you can post what customization is needed and look for bids from WordPress designers and developers.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via digital download from our site. If you have any problem with our products or experiencing difficulty downloading, we’ll try to fix it as soon as possible or you can contact us through the Help Desk.
6. Privacy Policy
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues.
7. Warranty
Templatic gives no warranty or guarantee for our themes and extensions in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the theme. We do NOT guarantee that our products will work with all third party extensions. Templatic themes are developed for the latest WordPress version. Whether our products will work with future WordPress versions or how long past WordPress versions are going to be supported isn’t guaranteed. This decision is solely made by Templatic.
8. Terms & Conditions
Templatic reserves the right to change or modify current Terms Of Use at any time with no prior notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review changes to our privacy policy every time you visit this website. Further, Templatic reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the membership. Templatic shall not be liable to you or any third party should Templatic exercise its right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature of the membership.
